Mission

Wellspring is involved in both local and overseas mission.

Locally Wellspring Church is involved in Southend Healing rooms and other local mission activities such as supporting a local Womens Domestic Violence refuge and the provision of Supported Housing within Southend on Sea. Further details of other activities are also available from the Links page.

Hands of Mercy

Transforming lives in Zimbabwe; Keith, Kathy and their team are doing amazing work in looking after orphans and those suffering from HIV/AIDS, as well as networking and organising churches and other organisations to do the same.
The ministry is based at Riverbank which is a property close to Ruwa (east of Harare). The property runs like a community and, for my money, this is a small example of the presence of kingdom of God in Zimbabwe!
On the property they grow food, and herbs for medicine and there is a Shona (the main tribe in that part of Zimbabwe) church based there led by Pastor Mudede. From this church they reach out to the rural areas around them and run a feeding program for the children there.
